Dancing Life's Edge means pushing the boundaries of the envelope, leaving the comfort zones behind and embracing life, living your dreams.

We invite you to be a part of this 3-day life enhancing experience for self-growth and transformation -- an immersion into yoga and embodiment as a way of life. Through the fundamentals of hatha yoga, Tantra, and vinyasa yoga, fused with principals of expressive healing arts, contemplative movement practice, and somatic psychology we will explore new flow sequences and philosophies for combining yogic arts with expressive dance. We will take a deeper look at what yoga can be from a contemporary perspective and combine it with tantra as the embodiment of living artfully.
